i'm not going to write my diet routine now. why??? one of Malaysian will go back for good next week and today all the guys busy load the stuff in the container. and ladies stay at home gossipping and melantaking..also got party at night..so to hv diet totally not relevant but you hv to pay the price of that so called not relevant....
and to make it even worst there will be another 5 families will take the same step and living nottingham around this corner. That's means more n more upcoming party waiting for you. Except to those that are not socialize with notts m'sian community maybe they gone n lost without saying good bye. it happened ok..maybe due to some reason such failed to complete their study and felt shamed to let others knew. but for me, regardless of the circumstances of your leaving, if you are about to leave, your first responsibility is to let your community know that you are leaving. You need to part on good terms and you don't want your frenz hearing rumors of your departure through the grapevine. biasa la kalu dh melayu tu mengumpat x bleh nk dipisahkan... duk la jauh beribu batu pun.

eh kakak A1 tanya soalan???bed ni bahasa org kurang bijak vocabulary..btw aku pn x sure ad dlm kamus ke x...tp something like gossip/rumors that spread from mouth to mouth la..sblh meja aku kt ofis mamat irish..dia la suka melawak ngan aku guna bahasa2 pasar n bl dia tgk aku blur dia explain la...so maybe ni bahasa pasar je kut..
