one way to monitor my diet...starting from today i will jot down meals taken everyday and also either i poo poo or not. really important coz my digestion system is not consistent.
brekafast:
- char kuew tiow udang
- 3 ketul donut
lunch:
- nasi + sambal paru + paprik daging
dinner @ hanna's house:
-steamboat + kuih cara 4 ketul +popia 2 ketul + rojak buah ...dammit...perosak segalanya
poo poo 2x...great but still can't ged rid of the fat....
weigh = 55kg.. i gained 0.5kg...as easy as 123..

aku pn baru tau kat sini ad paru coz diorg x display...pakistan kan x mkn so bl aku minta nk beli paru sume mcm confuse kita masak apa..tp best gila beli nk dkt 2kg pn 50p je..ad certain kedai siap bg free

etty, walaupun aku bkn pakar diet, tp aku rasa menu hg ni cam tak sihat ja.. siap 3 ketul donat, 4 biji kuih cara..
bed aku terpaksa la mkn byk time dinner tu sbb ktrg dinner kat umah member..pastu x ramai plak dtg. aku kesian la kat tuan rumah pnt masak..huhu...
